Obstacles, Conflicts, and Solutions

At one point or another, friction between people or groups is going to create a situation that may be awkward and difficult or acrimonious and confrontational. Recognizing how best to react to move beyond these conflicts is key.

A Gender Equality Plan is one element of the pathway towards Gender Mainstreaming, strategies to achieve equality between men and women in the workplace. This European Institute has also anticipated the types of common obstacles most likely to derail efforts and offered suggestions with which to react.
